Default Sunburnt leaves?

Hallo all,

I have some Phals here and I thoght that they would like some sun.
I've read that all orchids like sun, but it seems that they do not
like direct sun. Anyway the've got burnt and some leaves are bleached,
grey or yellowish. It seems that they're rotting and the yellowish
color is moving towards the plant and its core.

I need some advice whether to cut off the burnt leaves or leave them
to rott away?
I'm anxoius that the rotting will continue from the leaves to the
plant core itself.

I suppose that one of the smaller ones, which I separated before will
die, as the yellow color continues to spred to the core.

PLZ any advice...

Thanx in advance,

Andreas
