Default vandaceous under lights

Am looking to keep my various vandas blooming through the winter. My
single southeast window isn't big enough for ten rafts. Any advice in
High Pressure Sodium vs. Metal Halide vs. Compact Flourescents?
Do I need a light mover?
Also - every vanda sold to me as blue has really been lavender. Have
you ever seen a vandaceous that was honestly Blue?

TKS.
