Default Phal and Dendrobium Questions

Hello,
I brought a Dendrobium Phalaenopsis a few weeks ago, it seems to be
doing fine, it has 2 large canes, and several small bulbs that seem to
be dried up..from these bulbs and canes tiny plants are growing.
Now, since the roots are already starting to come out from the botton
of the plastic pot, should I think about repotting?
It's already stopped blooming, but I just wanted to take extra care not
to damage the tiny plantlets.
I also brought a phalaenopsis, it has six leaves, the bottom two look
as if they're going to fall of, but I'm going to let them do that
naturally...they don't look diseased or anything like that, so I'm just
assuming it's natural.
Now, my question for this phal is, it has a great root system, it's
potted in moss, and after it's done blooming do I have to repot?
If I must repot, do I have to cut all the nice roots back since they've
already shaped themsevles to the pot?
I don't want to trim the roots back because they look really healthy.
Eric.
