I am a PhD scholar in Agriculture (Plant Breeding & Genetics) from
India. Presently, I have completed my PhD Course work with 76% marks and now
preparing for PhD synopsis for thesis work.Still my PhD thesis topic is not
decided.

Respected Sir, In preparation of competitive exames, I had read
about a Plant ( botanical name; *Ophrus muscifera*) mimic its flower like a
female wasps (* Colpa aureaI *).

when I had discuss this topic with my University Proffesors, they told,


It may be a co-incidance that a plant flower have an architecture like that
female wasps,

or it may be sudden Changes in corrola for attrating insect for
Cross-Fertilization.


or in the long evolutionary process there was few factors govern so that
plant mimic its flower like female wasps.


Kindly Sir, I want to know about what factors may be responsible for an
organism (no matter Plant or Animal kingdom) for Mimicry.

Will these factors can be further partitioned in to following,


1. Genetical & Molecular (changes in Gene/ Chromosomes)
2. Cellular & Biochemical ( Changes in biomolecules/ cell organells)
3. Physiological & Morphological (changes in metabolic pathways/ plant
architecture)
4. Environmental & Ecological (changes in Genotype X Environment
interaction)


Respected Sir, in my course work, I have learn about a concept by Grate
Scitintist *Donald* about Plant Modeling or Plant Type for Wheat in journal
*Euphytica*.

In which we can simulate plant architecture according to human need for crop
improvement.

Respected Sir, Is this possible to correlate Plant Mimicry with Ideotype/
Plant-type concept.So that we can use concept of Plant mimicry for
simulation of crop plant architecture for Human need.

Well, I want your comments and valuable suggestions that how we can discuss
this topic under *"Mimicry of Plants" relating with "Ideotype' or
"Plant Type" or "Plant Modeling" *.
