Default Criters

Recently made my own bio-filter a month and a half ago. I
noticed these little creeping bug/worm inside filter
clinging on to the filter media inside. Are these a good
thing? I don't know. Thanks.............Paul

If they are red, yes there are ex cellent , but try and put them inot the
pond the fish will eat them
