Is it that the universe is actually expanding? .... OR......
Is it that our knowledge and photographic evidence gives us the greater (actual, physical) dimensions known today as against those known in past ages? In the future you can calculate exactly the neurochemical compound of a persons brain and determine exactly how he or she will behave.
