Default Watering plants via wick

I have several potted plants surronding my pond and was wondering if it
is possible to use some sort of wick from the pot to the pond water? I
don't like using tap water with a garden hose to water if I can get
around it. Any ideas?

why not. give it a try, report back. make sure the material wicks tho, lots of
synthetic material doesnt. Ingrid
