i have noticed my Koi disapear every day about noon I thout they were
going to the bottom where it was cooler, but today I was looking at the
lilies and noticed that each leaf had a tail sticking out from under it
The Koi were hangin out just under the lily leaves in the shade

The koi have destroyed most of the lilies in their pond, so for shade they
pulled up by the roots a huge bunch of anacharis....probably enough to fill a
bushel basket. It floated to the top and they hangout under it.....for some
reason they don't like to swim into the thick anacharis, but pull it up for
shade and just befor spawning. Jerri
