Dragonflies - how to attach them
I've just finished setting it up, at least I think I have. It's about 18ft
x 16ft approx triangle and about 34 inches deep. I am thinking about Koi, but for the moment I will stick to goldfish until I have more experience with pond management. Does anybody know how to attract dragonflies to my pond? Could I buy dragonfly eggs or nymphs? TIA ANO |

We didn't even have our pond landscaped before we saw two different
dragonflies casing the joint. We were planting it all weekend and watched as the two showed up with their partners and began staking out some space. Very cool. Quite an array of birds to. And I live in the suburbs, surrounded by houses. Patience grasshoppa! |

I believe it is one of those "build it and they will come" deals. I have seen many different kinds of dragonflies and damselflies since i put in the pond. (And it is very small) On Mon, 21 Jul 2003 01:32:13 GMT, Axolotl wrote: I've just finished setting it up, at least I think I have. It's about 18ft x 16ft approx triangle and about 34 inches deep.
