Just do a google groups search for FS) and you
will see that he does have quite a few items posted for sale. Is this
a bad thing??? Thats not for me to decide. He has tried to give pond
plants away... and he has posted his pond site in addition to one of
the most complete lists of DIY Filters I have seen.

Looks like he has quite a few active hobbies... since he has posted in
quite a few newsgroups and his home page features them...in addition
to more. He looks to me to be an encyclopedia of information. If he
is making money from sharing links or re-selling products --- well he
isn't using his site to market it. I only wish I had the amount time
to devote to my hobbies that he has put into his.

Nope, not a bad thing. We were just curious. I picture him helping
others set up their ponds and offering to resell pumps online. Truly
didn't mean to imply it was offensive ... really just wondering ...
