Default frogs eggs

Have a small pond and for the first time have seen frogs eggs.
We have lots of frogs around without having to have additional tadpole and
frogs.
I don't know where they normally lay their eggs, but we've always had a
couple frogs at night and early morning
around the pond.

Are the tadpoles alright for the pond?
Do they make for dirty water at all?

We like frogs, but in our small (20'x50') yard I don't want to be inundated
with jumping frogs.
We've waited all summer for the comfortable fall /winter weather to start
eating outdoors again. Jumping frogs don't make such good diner guests.

You really can't invite or un-invite frogs. They're pretty clueless.

Tadpoles don't really bother the pond too much unless you get a gazillion of
them. If you have fish many of them end up as lunch.

About all you can do is net the eggs out of the pond, put them in a bucket and
deposit them in a natural waterway.
