Oops. Lily goes plunk
I have six hardy lilys in pots. Five of them are on a shelf
surrounding the pond. Whilst removing dead pads yesterday I knocked one of them into the 3 foot deep well in the middle of the pond. Will the pads reach back up to the surface or should I fish it out? John |

My first hardy lily was dropped into about 3 feet of water after it slid down an incline. It had leaves everywhere. In my experience, planting depths for lillies always seem to be a bit better when planted slightly deeper then the recommendations on the tag. BV. |
Oops. Lily goes plunk
leaves will come up, but will reduce vigor of the plant. Ingrid
