Default Turtles and Plastic Bags

I almost lost one of my GF to a plastic bag (regular shopping variety)
that blew into my tiny pond last spring. The fish somehow swam inside
and, when it tried to get out, just wrapped the bag like a shroud around
itself. Fortunately I found it in time.
