We accidentaly bought Crystal Blue and place it in our pond that is 12 by 13 with approximately 3,000 gallons. The pond is one month old and we have 6 small koi. We put in active carbon but after 24 hours it hasn't changed the color.

Should we drain 25% of the pond and replace it with water? If I do this, I probably need to put some dechlorinator. Is there any suggestion because I hate the "Smurf" blue.
