Default Lily bloom underwater

Someone posted they had a lily bloom under the water. I was wondering if
they ever found out what caused this? I've had it happen twice now on 2
separate lilies. Gypsy and Gloriosa. ~ jan

Well, one was repotted, the other wasn't, due to not growing much last year
so it has plenty of room. Hmmm? ~ jan
