Default Making Lady Banks Rose Bloom Longer

Does anyone know of a way to make a Lady Banks Rose bloom for longer
than 6 weeks? I have two, and they look gorgeous in March and April,
and then look like a fuzzy hedge the rest of the year...

I'm in Austin and I have the yellow variety.
