I am looking for a supplier of bare foot for the therese bugnet rose. Any

You might contact the nurseries listed in this web site as suppliers of
Thérèse Bugnet and ask them if any of them will supply it to you as a
bare-root rose. I have seen this rose also in the Wayside Garden
catalogue, and they have always sent me bare-root roses in season (I
have not had any problems with the roses I have got from them though I
have heard them disparaged by more knowledgeable rose people).

I believe High Country Roses has it in a 4" pot.

This is NOT bare root, yet very shippable.
