You might contact the nurseries listed in this web site as suppliers of
Thérèse Bugnet and ask them if any of them will supply it to you as a
bare-root rose. I have seen this rose also in the Wayside Garden
catalogue, and they have always sent me bare-root roses in season (I
have not had any problems with the roses I have got from them though I
have heard them disparaged by more knowledgeable rose people).

This is NOT bare root, yet very shippable.
