You are correct with the RNRS web site address, it was just that their
server was down temporarily. I also understand that the RNRS will be
carrying out some reconstruction of their site in the near future so you may
experience the odd "Page unavailable" notice at times.

You will find links to RNRS, ARS, WFRS, CRS, NRSNZ and more on the Bexrose
Web Site of course.
