ground at the point of sale and use it soon after. Or do as I did,
purchase a meat grinder and do it at home.


Or even cook it thoroughly. I boil it, and lift off the congealed fat
on cooling, then use the fat free meat in a stew or broth or even
shepherds' pie or spag bol.
