I've heard that a gardening product called Tanglefoot, applied to the
top of a fence, will prevent cats from coming over the fence because
they hate the sticky feeling of it on their feet. Can anyone tell me
where I can find this in the North Austin to Georgetown area?

Lately, young neighbor cats have been coming over the privacy fence
into the area where I allow my elderly cats, as well as the mostly empty
garage, where my cats like to spend time when the weather is bad.
