Default Totrix Moth/Caterpillar

I have a small (I think ornamental) orange tree whcioh has been outdoors during the summer. I took it in around the end of September and have since notices what I think it Totrix Moth or Caterpillar. Has anyone got any suggestions of how to deal with it.
