Plenty of leaves but no flower heads, is this because i didnt feed

Daffs have no flowers

They may be too shallow or overcrowded

You don't win
chess by knocking the board over.... you just end up not playing the
next game.

Don't cut the leaves off too soon or 'knot' them. They feed the bulb
for next year's flowers. Feed after flowering, or in your case, over
the next couple of months, until the leaves die down. Use a
high-potash fertiliser.

It could also be due to grubs of the narcissus fly. Nasty grey grubs
that eat out the inside of the bulb. It still produces leaves but no
flowers. Dig up one or two bulbs and examine closely the bases where
the roots emerge. If there's a hole there, cut the bulb open and
examine for grubs.
