Default Daffs have no flowers

Plenty of leaves but no flower heads, is this because i didnt feed
them last year ?
How often to feed bulbs ?
and when?

Don't cut the leaves off too soon or 'knot' them. They feed the bulb
for next year's flowers. Feed after flowering, or in your case, over
the next couple of months, until the leaves die down. Use a
high-potash fertiliser.

It could also be due to grubs of the narcissus fly. Nasty grey grubs
that eat out the inside of the bulb. It still produces leaves but no
flowers. Dig up one or two bulbs and examine closely the bases where
the roots emerge. If there's a hole there, cut the bulb open and
examine for grubs.
