Default Garage and holes

Hi,

No specialist, but I think the construction method of my garage can be
described as "made of prefabricated slabs of concrete (?) joined
together by screws on the inside".

Can I drill holes on these walls so as to attach a trellis? The plant
to grow on it is a Lonicera Belgica.

Thanks in advance for any answers,
Kostas
