Default frogs again

After mentioning that i had frogspawn in one pond last week, I now notice
that there are a lot fewer frogs this year, looks as if there are a couple
of dead frogs at the bottom of another one of my ponds, the male seems ok
but the female , from what little i can see, appears top be very pale.
Another died about three weeks ago in the same pond, it did not appear to
have red leg disease.
I hope that its only the cold weather that has delayed their arrival.
regards
Cineman
