Hedges and 'The Act'

Yes the hedge rules are in - apart of the Anti-Social Behavoir act of
all things
There is a guidance note available at
http://www.odpm.gov.uk/index.asp?id=1127869
Brief summary
Only apply to hedges that are wholely or predominantly evergreens
A hedge is 2 or more evergreens grown close together!
The critical hieght is 2m
Basically the rest of it is all about dispute resolution, and how the
councils can charge to get involved
