Yes the hedge rules are in - apart of the Anti-Social Behavoir act of
all things There is a guidance note available at http://www.odpm.gov.uk/index.asp?id=1127869 Brief summary Only apply to hedges that are wholely or predominantly evergreens A hedge is 2 or more evergreens grown close together! The critical hieght is 2m Basically the rest of it is all about dispute resolution, and how the councils can charge to get involved Clilfford Bawtry, Doncaster, South Yorkshire |
