OK Mel. The trick with Orange Dream is to give it enough sun that
it stays orange for a longer period in the spring, but not so much
that it burns. In deep shade it is unremarkable. Fall color is a dull
yellow, summer a light green.

Otherwise it is not a difficult plant, as Japanese maples go. You can
search the web for care instructions generic to such maples.

I have 2, one in ground the other in a pot. The ground one has very
good provenance and is noticeably oranger than the other, which
comes from a industrial nursery in Spain. The spanish plant is
stronger growing.
