Growing Dactylorhiza from seed pods ??

Any body have any experiences of successfully growing Dactylorhiza
(Common spotted Orchid) from fresh seed pods.

Without using petri dishes and agar.

I am told you need some of the local soil ??? but how much ??

Any advice please.
