Default Too warm to plant tulips?

Given that current daytime temperatures (on the south coast of the UK)
are in the 20s, is it too early to put tulip bulbs in the ground?

I wouldn't plant tulip bulbs this early. I would leave till late Oct into
November. Daffs can go in now
