Well, the local stormy weather will be more frequent and more intense.
That's my prediction, using my own methods. I'm not influenced by
other reports.

I find that totally improbable.

Why? I don't usually even read them.

"I think" that the world is such a massive lump of matter that has existed
for millions of years before man stepped foot on it, that it will do its own
thing until long after man has disappeared.

Yes, but I'm not interested in what happened millions of years ago. I
mean now and the remaining years of my life. I'm a bit selfish.

However, carry on panicking and playing into the governments tax fiddles
:-(( along with the rest of the tree huggers

I'm neither panicking or tree hugging. I am just using my software to
predict short term changes based on the last few years.

How many last few years and how short is short term?

The current serial mode grid column is selected from 1980 to now and
then forecasting is to 2009 and beyond. Apart from obvious forecasts
like summer being warmer than winter I have no way to verify the
forecast until they happen. Winter 2006 was not as forecasted but so
far 2007 is fairly close. It's a very useful test for my software but
I wouldn't put any money on it!

So you are not able to predict when the World will come to an end due to
climate change?

Oh my God I had better start to panic, turn veggie, stop hunting, shooting
and fishing, start to hug the trees and become brain washed brain dead with
the other nuts :-(((

In the words of a once famous troll and troublemaker :-( "I think not"

Don't be stupid. no-one has suggested the world is going to end due to
climate change. It will however have serious consequences for plant
and animal life.
No-one can predict the exact extent of the change, only that the
gradual change of past decades is slowly accelerating.

Oh my God I had better start to panic, turn veggie, stop hunting, shooting
and fishing, start to hug the trees

What's wrong with hugging trees? We are all gardeners on this forum
and we love trees. You on the other hand are not a gardener and have
never contributed anything useful here. Using tree-hugging as an
insult shows you up for what you are - a trouble-maker and a poor one
at that.

and become brain washed brain dead

but you already are.

"I think not"

we can see that.

Of course I can. It's obviously 13th August 2048

There's no point we will both be dead before then.

So you defend your specious argument for as long as you can, and when
you can no longer cling onto it and are shown up for the ignorant
loudmouth that you are, your best response is to claim that you were
really just trolling.

Do you REALLY think other people are that stupid?

To believe in this Global Warming crap? No not really. I feel that most
people have been fed crap for so long by newspapers and number 10 that
surely they are more intelligent than to believe it.

Short term? When it varies so much over 70 years that I can just about
remember? 1940 Thames frozen 1959 Scorcher of a Summer, but 1951 a very
wet
one. 1947 and 1962 Winters terrible but 1976 a scorcher of a Summer
followed
by heavy rain.

Yes, I remember the seriously cold winters of my childhood. I'm only
58.

Changes all the time. Live with it.

I have not alternative but to live with it but trying to predict short
term changes is more challenging that the long term ones. I like a
challenge.

The earth will out live you and all the panic merchants!!!
Just keep paying Gordon Brown's 'Environment Tax' and the next one he
comes
up with.
Some of you will believe anything written in the Daily Mail and believe
what's on TV.
By the way, Eastenders is only acting. :-((

I've no idea how you grouped me in with panic merchants - I'm just the
opposite.

As for the Daily Mail. It's a joke. And I've never watched Eastenders
in my life. Is it any good?

No idea, but Emmerdale and Cory are quite good!

I found that he was just trolling credible.

Then you should look at some of his previous posts.
They were't trolls either - just nasty and spiteful.

He actually believes the crap he posts and thinks he is being clever.
Then when he loses the argument, he ducks out or else claims he has
won anyway.
