Default Propergators

Hello Everyone,

First of all I am new to the forum, I need to ask a few questions unfortunatley I am currentley living in a boarding school and was wondering If i was to buy a cheap plastic propergator would seeds be able to germinate if I put the propergator inside my cuppoard or do seeds need some light to germinate?

Thanks

Charlie
