Default Whats next after picking seeds

Hello, hope you are all well.. My first post, and you will have to forgive me as im not very "up" on the correct names for many plants...
We are in the process of re-designing our garden and yesterday made a new conifer bed. And today i took posession of my first greenhouse.. (is there anything i could start growing in it now as am eager to get started, although wont be heated)..
My main question is....... I have taken seedlings of my Dalphiniums, and dont really know what to do, i have placed some in a seedling tray in the fridge in little seedling compost, and some outside in a pot, and some are in an envelope in the fridge (in the dark), thought if try everything then one may work.
Does anyone know, what way will actually work.

Many thanks

Jane

you can grow your delphinums straight in the soil where you want them to flower, or put in seed trays in the greenhouse over winter. In your greenhouse you can sow any overwintering hardy annuals, as long as you dont live in the far north (scotland). You can also grow your hardy perannuals, i.e sweet william, wall flowers etc, again in the mild areas.
