Default Yellow Leaves on Blackcurrant Bush

Hi all

One of my blackcurrant bushes is looking a touch ill!
Leaves are turning light yellow.
Location is east yorkshire - pretty clayee soil - fairly sunny location.
Any suggestions on cause/remedy please.

Also a second bush seemed to have some sort of small black insect attack.
All the leaves screwed up on themselves. So to stop it affecting others it
has been cut down to 6" above ground level.
This was a small developing plant so maybe more susceptible to this stuff.
Any ideas on this for future reference?

TIA

Phil
