Default Tomatoes have problems

Hi,
I am growing tomatoes that, when I put them outside in my garden (they are still in big pots), have their leaves full of small, white, dry spots( I suppose from larvaes?) . I want to grow them without pesticides. How shell I protect them otherwise? Any advice, please.
Thank you.

Dina
