Guelder roses
 

Are the berries of the Guelder rose edible? They are so pretty that I suspect they are not
which would be a pity because there are loads around here.

Viburnum opulus fruit is not very nasty in small doses but eat any
quantity and the D&V can be bad enough to hospitalise you. It is

Thank you for your replies. I agree. They look gorgeous so I guess I will have to leave
them and enjoy their glowing beauty. It seems that even their use in 'healing' is not of
the 'enjoyable' type grin
