Ours is growing well, gradually taking over the bathroom.
It's in a hanging basket with a small reservoir, hanging about 18 inches
from and in the middle of a S. facing bathroom window (reeded glass and thin
nets) and gets watered with rainwater at room temperature a couple of times
a week with feed about every other watering.

*nod* Nick suggested it's not been kept humid enough, or warm enough. It's
been a slow process of it dying, but I think lack of experience of this
particular orchid made it worse.
I've kept phaleanopsis quite content for years, and my dendrobiums only died
because we went away and left them without water for too long (*sob*), but
I've never managed to get a cambria to last more than a year, for some
reason.
