PS: To be responsible about it, I have to add that although the advice
is valid, PRE should not be attempted unless you have a permanent
partner or other family member who will always love you
unconditionally. You must have that emotional safety net because PRE
may release powerful emotions (authentic memories of the emotional
states of infancy) in some participants which the fake "therapy"
industry does not even recognise as existing.
