Default And the band played

Some of you will recall a few weeks/month or two that my allotment was
double "booked" or to be more precise nicked from my family and me, by the
local council to give to a school.
I can only say that the teacher who I thought had a bad attitude has been a
gem! (as in he should be set in stone for eternity for his bad manners and
attitude)
He is saying now that some of the plants should have been in the school
plot.
I agree with that cos I rung the local council and they say that the plants
should be distributed between the two plots.
My God
Talk about confusion!
I give up.
