Nah, they won't appear here until the polar bears have gone!

Saw my first one over a week ago flying in our front garden (S. facing)
seemed a bit groggy though.

Yes I saw one in Somerset on Wednesday.

We've had them here in Cornwall for four or five days. I saw one on the
golf course yesterday, thought it was dead, in fact it was alive but
only just. It might have been chilled by the cold wind we had, so I
tucked it under a leaf with best wishes for its survival.

Also, the skylarks were very active on the course yesterday. Swooping
and diving all over the area. They must have started their breeding
activities I imagine.

First queen white-tailed w/c 20th Feb. (probably the saturday, which
would be 27th). Second one this week, although no species id as it was
just a bumble-sized fluff flying across the garden and backlit by sun.
