Hydrangea with flowers that stay white

I have a white hydrangea however the flowers gradually turn pink. Is there
a variety that stays white? I have seem Madame Emille advertised, will this
remain white?
Thanks

I always thought you could affect the colour of hydrangea by altering the
acidity of the soil, but this may be urban legend.

No you can produce a blue toned flower if the soil is acidic or if the
plant is fed ericaceous feed.

However it has to be a pink coloured flower to start with.
Annabelle is white though most white flowers have a different hue to
them as they fade, |I think that's all part of their charm.

Maybe the paniculatas may stay purer white rather than the macrophyllas
?
