Bay Leaves
Had an email from someone who would like some Lily of the Valley and asked
if I can send some Bay Leaves as well. They saw my posting that we have hedges of Bay which we cut back and also Bay Trees growing almost like weeds. Question. Do I need to pick and dry? If so how? If I just pick and send, will they 'sweat' and start to rot in the post? Should I pick a stem full of leaves? Advice please Mike -- .................................... Advice please Mike Freshly picked bay leaves will last for at least a week in a dry packet like an envelope or a cardboard box. Steve -- Neural network applications, help and support. Have to experiment ;-) Mike -- .................................... Don't take life too seriously, you'll never get out alive. .................................... |
