I saw that! It's absolutely ridiculous 'ban on food & drink' indeed!
In today's paper there's a story about a woman who was fined for
brushing her dogs in a park on the grounds that she was littering. She
had intended to pick it all up but they wouldn't allow her to do so and
fined her instead. Nice little earner, eh?!
