Default Potato flowers

Just for the fun of it, we planted a spud in a large plant pot and kept it
earthed up and watered. It has flowered and looks healthy. Question. At what
stage/state/condition do we "harvest the crop"?

I feel sure some of the Glow Worms on here can give me the answer.
