Today there was a snail halfway up my kitchen window! There were also 2 on the window of the bus this morning! Where do they think they are going! |

Mike, I have that occurance on a regular basis along with slugs, woodlice and earwigs - they all make for the old Elizabeth Montana clematis that covers the front of the house to have a bloody good feed on it. I'm quite often out there at night, just after a rainfall, killing the damn things as they climb up the wall and glass. Barry |

Surely, there's an intergalactic monster somewhere that thinks gastropods are yummy. Hedgehogs. Or thrushes. Well, they are between some galaxies, even though they don't _travel_ between them. Now, about the rain... last night my pond went up a foot. It's a shame it was only 8 inches below the banks :( and we're on top of a hill! Andy |
