Young yew hedge
I have a yew hedge in its second/third season. The tiny bare-rooted sprigs
that I planted are now about 30in tall. Should I just let them grow to the desired height and depth, and then prune as nesessary, or do i need to start cutting back now to ensure denseness (new word!) later? |

That way the cut trunk is hidden. wrt depth apply the same sort of principle pk |
