Default Lots Of Shallots

What is the best way to keep shallots as we now have a LOT in our
garden??

Same as onions? put into a string ..... knit one pearl one end of row

Once dried off (not much chance of that outside this weather!) I store
mine in the garage in those mushroom trays which stack.
