Default Using blowers on leaves

What are your views on using a garden blower on the front gardens on an
open-plan estate, thus blowing leaves out into the road where they either
clog the drains or simply blow onto other gardens?

Peter.

'Snowman',

Best to wait until the wind has gathered the leaves into nooks and
crannies from where they can be gathered with ease.

If someone else is doing the blowing just let them get on with it.

Regards,
Emrys Davies.

Hmmm people should not really do that. Either leave them where they are or collect them up.

That's what I thought - it's not me doing it! There's someone down the road
does it and also next door, who's "professional" gardener does it.

Peter.

Better still collect them up and make lovely leaf mould from it. Bag it up and moisten it, 1 years time free soil conditioner!

Kinky

Its better to ride over them with a lawn mower so they can be bagged up or
used as mulch.
