Just cut back the stems on penstemons can i prophagate all the little shoots
on the stems and if so any good way to ensure success

Some of my lupins had tall stems left ( late flowering and didnt get cut
back till now ) the stems are covered in mini lupin plants .....can I
propagate these and if so best way to do it
